When ordering DO NOT RELY on your trouser size as a guide. Please measure your waist and add two inches, so for a 32 inch waist order a 34 inch belt. The Bark Tanned Leather Belt is made from heavy hide 4-5mm thick, the type used by harness and bridle makers, with a solid brass hand made buckle hammer riveted and hand-stitched to the leather with Irish linen thread. The belt is 38mm wide. Our belt is tanned with oak bark from the Lake District. It has a full grain finish which means that every blemish or scar on the cows skin will be present on the finished hide. Our buckles are made for us by a foundry in Walsall, West Midlands where they still use the age old technique of casting in sand. These belts are masterpieces of traditional hand craftsmanship and we are proud to be supporting british skills in the South West of England. Belts come in a presentation box with cloth bag and Mr Haggers Leather feed. | ||

The size is the size of your foot. A larger size is for a larger foot. All shoes vary in length due to different last shapes, welts and so on. We cannot measure shoes to fit your feet because of this variation.
US customers need to be aware that UK sizes are different to US sizes. For example a US size 6 customer should order a UK size 5 or 5.5. This is because the lasts that the shoes are made on are physically different to those in the US.

I made my online order around 11:30am May 25th, 2010 (Tue) and I received the shipment on 11:00am May 27th, 2010 (Thu). Definitely it took last than 48 hours to deliver the package to me who located in other part of the world.
