Sirs, having placed my first order with you on Tuesday via your Web Site I was delighted when I received the shoes today, in Brussels! The order was confirmed as soon as your offices opened on Wednesday and by Friday I was trying them on. It was a pleasant surprise when I found complimentary soft shoe bags, shoe horn and tin of polish (of the right shade) in the box with the shoes. It is rare to find such a level of service and attention to detail, even when buying such expensive brands, and it is a pleasure to have found a quality retailer.
