I was in contact with you yesterday, ordering two pairs of shoes. I placed the order at 10.30, was in contact with customer service shortly before 1 o´clock regarding details in the order and at 9.55 today the shoes arrived at my home address in Uppsala, Sweden, 23 1/2 hours after placing the order. Close to ridiculous, but in a positive way. They probably have faster service in Star Trek, but not here on Earth.
